What we do - Equaltoo is a nonprofit organization working to empower every working professional in India to navigate the full spectrum of workplace challenges — from situations like contract interpretations, one sided negotiations, unfair treatment, bias and mental well-being to growth, transitions, and beyond. Equaltoo is a nonprofit working to support and empower employees in India — across all industries, levels, and life stages. We champion fairness, dignity, and well-being in the workplace through advocacy, education, and hands-on support. Whether you're navigating workplace stress, career transitions, discrimination, or policy violations — you are not alone. Yet, few nonprofit organizations work specifically to protect the rights, dignity, and emotional health of employees. Equaltoo fills that gap — as a movement, a platform, and a support system.

Why we do it ?

For years, Ravi, a bright professional in Gurugram, handled tough bosses, unclear HR policies, no guidance on financial planning/taxation and workplace bias—all alone. Like thousands across India, whenever a challenge arose, he confided in friends or family. They would sigh, “It’s just how things are. Companies are too powerful, and government systems too slow.” Ravi felt unheard. There was simply no neutral support—no one to turn to who understood both the rules and the realities of the modern Indian workplace.There are millions of such professionals across India who feel helpless due to lack of professional support and guidance. This gap inspired us to form Equaltoo. We believe every working professional deserves a fair chance to grow, voice concerns, and navigate their career safely. We are neither on the company's side nor just another bureaucratic resource. Instead, Equaltoo stands with India’s workforce—providing guidance, resources, and advocacy—so no professional ever has to face challenges alone again. Equaltoo exists to be the support system every Indian working professional deserves.

Purpose/Goal

India’s 500+ million working professionals face growing burnout, workplace stress, inequality, and a lack of safety nets. Yet, few nonprofit organizations work specifically to protect the rights, dignity, and emotional health of employees. Equaltoo will fill this gap as a leading employee welfare and labour rights non profit organisation — as a movement, a platform, and a support system. We plan to work with the government and individual employees to improve professional lives of working professionals across India.
