Equaltoo Foundation is a purpose-led, non-profit organization dedicated to creating fair, supportive, and empowering workplaces for all professionals in India. We exist to ensure that every employee—irrespective of role, industry, or background—has access to the support, clarity, and care they deserve at every stage of their working life.

From workplace mental health and career transitions to legal aid and rights advocacy, Equaltoo acts as a trusted platform and partner in navigating the complex challenges of the modern work environment.

Company Overview :

The mission of Ids pay is to promote education in every street, village, Panchayat, district and state of India. So that the children of weaker sections can be saved from paying huge amounts of money in the name of education and to fully support those people who are unable to provide proper education to their children due to lack of money. To provide free copy, pen, pencil, eraser, cutter etc. to orphan and handicapped children. To give jobs to people on the posts of teacher, teacheress. To provide education and employment in every Panchayat.

Our Vision & Mission :

People can be connected to self-help groups in every street, village, Panchayat, district, state, so that they can be saved from the high interest rates on loans like macro finance. People of the group can be encouraged to do business by giving them training in small scale industries like surf, fennel, alta, sewing, motor bike etc. so that people do not have to go to other cities in the name of earning money. People of the group can get treatment facilities from recognized hospitals by the organization. An ambulance will be provided in every Panchayat for immediate service so that no one loses their life due to inconvenience in vehicles. E-shop will be opened at every Panchayat level, so that people can get employment and upto 50% assistance will be given on the auspicious occasion of marriage or after death in the family of a member of the organization.

Our Origin Story

Equaltoo Foundation was born out of a moment of deep reckoning.

Amit Chanana , a corporate leader with over 25 years of experience across high-growth organizations, witnessed a colleague suffer the devastating impact of workplace injustice and mental distress—without any credible avenue for support or resolution. Having worked extensively across Europe, the US, and the Middle East, he witnessed how seriously employee rights are respected and enforced in many global organizations.sign Coming back to India, however, I was disheartened to see how easily these rights are ignored, diluted, or even manipulated through loopholes and influence. What shocked me most was how often unprofessional or unethical practices were normalized—leaving employees with little protection and even less voice. This deeply personal realization compelled him to build a platform that empowers working professionals to stand up for what’s fair and just."
